FYI - the latest from FICAM today.  I know that I've spoken to some of you in this context already. Please contact me directly with your concerns.

Some concerns already identified:
  1. Buckets of attributes for collection may severely prohibit private sector participation.
  2. It is still unclear how is private sector enabled innovate without a direct ruling on each instance of innovation.
  3. Requirement of additional testing is burdensome on vendors, where TFPs should be able to provide at least some of these additional testing elements.
  4. How were the "financial institutions" alignments mapped?  Will the mapping be published if any? What will be the process for "financial institutions".
  5. TFPs are seemingly prohibited from collaborating, even though they already are and should continue to do so as the operational stewards of the ICAM vision.

To: FICAM-TFP@listserv.gsa.gov

Dear TFPs,

The update to the FICAM TFS Program/Process is now final and ready for public release after comment adjudication and internal review.  Thank you all for your formal as well as informal feedback.

Attached you will find copies of the relevant documents. I expect to have them up on the public site early next week.

One of the items that we committed to is to have regular monthly meetings with TFPs to discuss ongoing efforts as well as long term strategies.  I look forward to setting up a regular time with you all ASAP.

Regards,

- Anil
