Best Regards, =Joni ************************************************************* The Internet Society is pleased to invite applications for Fellowships to the OECD Technology Foresight Forum. Fellowships to the OECD Technology Foresight Forum are part of the Internet Society's Next Generation Leaders (NGL) programme and are available to Internet Society members aged between 20 and 40 years. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Technology Foresight Forum is an annual event organized by the OECD’s Committee for Information, Computer, and Communications Policy (ICCP) to help identify how technical developments create opportunities for, and pose challenges to the Internet Economy. Foresight Forums are a collaborative effort of policymakers from member and non-member governments, business, civil society, and the Internet technical community. About the OECD ICCP Technology Foresight Forum 2012 --------------------------------------------------- In 2012, the OECD Foresight Forum will focus on Exploiting the Data-Driven Internet Economy. Participants will explore how large scale data analysis (often referred to as "big data") can produce social and economic benefits such as improving productivity, controlling costs, improving the efficiency and transparency of government, advancing social goals in healthcare, the environment or security, increasing consumer welfare and making possible new scientific discoveries. There are also some key challenges to be considered as it pertains to capturing the full potential of big data (privacy, security, intellectual property, liability, etc.). The Forum will be held in Paris on 22 October 2012. Fellows to the OECD may be given the opportunity to engage in various tasks at the Forum, including assisting the OECD Secretariat with preparatory work, reporting, and speaking. Details of these opportunities will be confirmed with the OECD Secretariat and successful applicants in advance of the Forum. SURVEY: Opportunity to shape Kantara IOP Testing Program

Hello, The Kantara Initiative Interoperability Review Board invites you to provide feedback so that we may better tailor our programs to meet the needs of your organization, provide a high value service, and remove the burden of building your own verification programs. We ask you to complete this short survey which consists of 11 questions and would take ~5 minutes of your time. This is an open/public survey so please feel free to pass the link along to any interested parties. Some context is provided below to provide understanding of our goals so we can better meet the needs of your technical ... GOALS The goal of this survey is to understand the responders’ level of interest and commitment to the current Kantara full matrix interoperability testing, the benefits that participants derive from the testing, and any challenges that responders have in being able to participate in the interop testing. We are then attempting to determine the amount of value that survey responders believe that alternative types of interoperability testing and Kantara supplied or endorsed tools would bring to their organization. SCOPE The Kantara Initiative interoperability program seeks to address testing and verification needs for varying protocol including but not limited to: SAML 2.0, OpenID, OpenID Connect, Oauth and others as identified by market need. This survey considers approach to verification testing via multiple protocols as determined by market need.
