I am currently working on a submission for the RSA October conference in London with the title "Risk Management in Trust Federations", with the key point that to manage risks in federations one needs to have a comprehensive trust framework. I think that part of that could be used for that conference as well.

Dervla,

I would be interested in participating on a panel to discuss the Trust Framework Meta Model.

All,

The speaking submission deadline for the Catalyst Conference is March 29.  Perhaps we should consider a Kantara panel(s)?

Kantara is considering some opportunities at the event such as a workshop, interop, and BoF sessions - stay tuned as details firm up.

Dear Dervla:

Every year, attendees tell us one of the best parts of Gartner Catalyst Conference is hearing from other end users about how they have solved their toughest IT challenges. This perspective reflects the core value of Catalyst Conference—a place where conversations start, continue and generate progress.

We have officially begun accepting proposals to speak at this year’s Catalyst Conference, July 26 – 29, in San Diego, CA. If you have a compelling case study or thought leadership in your technical specialty, we would love to hear from you. An ideal speaker has:

  • Case studies that explore honest implementation experiences
  • Creative solutions to difficult problems
  • Use of emerging technologies or architecture patterns
  • Demonstrations of business and technology partnership
  • Technology innovation and responses to economic conditions

Find additional information on submitting a proposal here. The deadline for submissions is March 29.

Sincerely,

Chris Howard
