Hi again.<br><br>I&#39;ve had to go do other stuff and have only just now been able to try again. It appears as though the teleconference has concluded.<br><br>Could I just say that an 8am start here is an early, though still comfortable time time to start these things. Although one can&#39;t select an appropriate time for everyone else in the world, a future start time of 1pm US west coast would normally suit me.<br>
