Advance Registration Deadline Approaching – March 16^th
Registration rates will go up following the Advance Rates deadline, which ends Monday, March 16^th, 2015. Therefore now is a great time to share this with your members so they receive the best rate. Your members receive the HIMSS members discount to attend HIMSS15. To receive the discount, during online registration they can select your organization from the “Conference Endorsing Organizations” drop down in the registration process and enter the Endorser Number: 2015.

The Coffee Bar at the HIMSS Spot, Grand Concourse of McCormick Place Meet and network with Endorsers and Non-Profit Partners at this informal gathering. Fill out the brief Sign-up Form to attend. We hope to see you there!

·         HIMSS15 Block Party | Wednesday, April 15^th from 5:30 – 7:00 pm
Vista Ballroom, McCormick Place
The HIMSS Block Party, formerly the Communities Open House, is a time to mix and mingle with colleagues from HIMSS Chapters, Communities, Committees, and more! All are invited to stop by and enjoy the evening’s entertainment.

·         Non-Profit Tour of the Interoperability Showcase | April 15^th at 9:00 am CT
NPPs are invited to tour of one of four health journeys to experience a clinically accurate continuum of care that explores multiple use cases for standards-based health information exchange. Sign up for the tour here.

·         Tour the Intelligent Health Pavilion | April 13-15^th during Exhibit Hours
Endorsers are invited to schedule private tours of the Intelligent Health Pavilion. Experience the Internet of Things for Health^TM and see how healthcare is more connected than ever. Email Ann Olscher at aolscher@ihassociation.org to set up your 30 minute tour for up to ten people.

·         Small Meetings in the Strategic Relations Office
As an Endorser you have the option to host a small meeting for your staff or with other constituents at HIMSS15. If you would like to take advantage of this, please fill out the reservation form. Meeting slots will be given on a first come, first serve basis

·         HIMSS15 Preconference Symposia | Sunday, April 12^th from 8:00 – 4:30 pm
Join a lineup of outstanding faculty and get a head start on networking with like-minded peers as you dive deeply into the subjects that interest you most. Take advantage of the new Preconference Plus and customize your learning experience.

·         HX360™ | April 13-14^th
HX360™ invites health system leaders to reinvent care delivery in our time by harnessing the potential of next generation technologies.  Participate in the HX360 Inaugural Event, an add-on program at HIMSS15.  It will address improving healthcare delivery by leveraging next generation tech while maintaining the fiscal health of the health system.  This innovative program will examine ways that entrepreneurs, investors, providers, payers, healthcare stakeholders, and new entrants in the market can work together to solve contemporary provider challenges with regard to three key themes: Clinical Workflow, Care Coordination and Patient Experience.
