We've learned that the Protect Network IdP is currently down. This means that any participants with a Protect Network IdP will not be able to login to the confluence (wiki) site. This issue is temporary but unfortunately not in our control. We are monitoring Protect Network for their resolution. I will keep this list apprised of the issue as it develops.
