I think uploading PDF or openoffice files would make sense... whatever format each of us are already working in. Uploading files in the wiki is less obvious than other things. I have put the "magic link" for uploading files on the "help" page that you can find in the sidebar navigation (called "help"). I did not find use cases posted. Could you clarify where the use cases are now posted? I think a good location for them would be a sub-category here:
