And since we're talking about interesting new documents... This one will be added to the Repository after it makes it through the RFC Ed queue and has a number and permanent link. -Heather -------- Original Message -------- Subject: LoA registry update Date: Thu, 02 Aug 2012 00:59:59 +0200 From: Leif Johansson <leifj@sunet.se> To: WG-FI@kantarainitiative.org, John Bradley <ve7jtb@ve7jtb.com>, Ann West <awest@internet2.edu>, Renee Shuey <rshuey@psu.edu>, Elisabeth Dellkrantz <elisabeth.dellkrantz@elegnamnden.se>, Stefan Santesson <stefan@aaa-sec.com>, Fredrik Ljunggren <fredrik@kirei.se>, Hörbe Rainer <rainer@hoerbe.at>, Valter Nordh <valter.nordh@gu.se>, Peter Schober <peter.schober@univie.ac.at>, Joni Brennan <joni@ieee-isto.org>, Heather Flanagan <flanagan@isoc.org> The LOA registry [1] has now entered the RFC editors queue. The registry has been created by IANA (empty) already but isn't active until the RFC number has been allocated. This is now a matter of weeks probably. As soon as the IESG has allocated the designated pool of experts I propose to organize an online event where we can start to craft the initial registrations that should probably go into the registry soon thereafter. - InCommon silver+bronze (2 registrations) - Kantara IAF loa1-4 (4 registrations) - OIX FICAM LOA1 (1 registration) - ISO29115 levels (not sure who to go-to for this...) Then there are a bunch of stuff where I don't have good contact but I've included those I have for things like... - FICAM LoA 1-3 (probably 3 registrations??) - ?Stork? - SE govt ALs ? - ?Austrian govt? - ?edugain? Anyway, my idea was to do a few of the "big ones" in a single "sitting" to share knowledge and get the registry populated. Cheers Leif [1] http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-johansson-loa-registry-06
