All Kantara telecons default to Pacific Time. You should see this called out in the doodle under the title beside "Where", and again in the email sent to the list (below).

Indeed this doodle is for 8-9am PT or 11a-12p PT Thursday 2 Feb 2012.

I'm not sure what's happening on your end, though...
