After getting off to a great start, we have been struggling to get enough attendance at our regularly scheduled meetings. We collided with spring event and business travel schedules.

At our last meeting, the small group that was able to attend agreed that it would make sense to try to work asynchronously. So here is the plan.

I will solicit a group review of content that will be posted in Google Docs. This makes it easily accessible and will allow for multiple visible comments and edits.
I will ask for comments/review of the posted material with fixed completion dates. I send reminders before closing documents to comment/review.
I will integrate feedback and recirculate for secondary review
Approximately once a month or as needed, we will schedule a live review session to build consensus on outstanding issues.

We did a good job with our initial brainstorming. So based on that work, we will move ahead as follows:

First out for review, revised group purpose
Then we will move on to the Two-Part Decision Tree process

Finalize the Decision Tree process
Create Decision Tree Part One - Context via a role-based framework
Use the Decision Tree as the content framework

Leverage the content framework for content creation

Break down content buckets
Claim content bucket ownership
Crete content delivery schedule
Content development
Content review

Finally, content integration, format, and review

We will flesh this part of the process out when we get here.
