This is an excellent post, and gives needed perspective. The rapid pace of hype and disillusionment, and the natural disinclination of some in the tech industry not to focus firmly on use cases, is perhaps a reason for us to explain in our report why we've chosen our particular six-month DG pace (and maybe even provide this link??).
