[DG-Concordia] KI LC Ratification of the Proxying Assurance between SAML & OpenID Guidelines doc

Hi all, the next step for the document is to ask the Leadership council to ratify it as a final report. The latest rev is at http://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/display/concordia/Approved+Reports under 'Final Reports' Does anybody have any concerns with this step? Regards Paul
