Hello Everyone!  I hope you were able to enjoy some time off, last week.  But duty calls.  So, I thought I’d recap of the plan, our Leadership agreed to, going forward.  

First, we decided that the “presentation” deliverable will be a slide presentation, a deck at least initially, that describes all that we have learned in the Group.  In fact, there is quite a lot of information, in our various topic buckets.  Thanks for everybody who contributed.  

With that, our plan is to summarize each topic bucket.  By “summarize”, we mean read/review all documents and submissions in each bucket and describe the entirety generically in a paragraph or two or three, followed by bullet-points isolating the most important elements, themes and takeaways.  

We would hope that folks that volunteered to steward a particular topic bucket, will write these summaries and have them ready to share in our regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 24th.  During our next scheduled meeting, on Wednesday, July 10, we will confirm group leaders will or will not provide the respective summaries.  In the instance, that nobody confirms they will write the summary, I will do it. 

Once the summaries are collected, we will begin to incorporate them into a slide deck draft, which will need feedback and schematics and illustrations and commentary, etc.
