Well, as I kinda suspected, we have no single option for a meeting time.
The two day/times that give the highest coverage are: the current meeting time (Wednesdays 12:00pm Eastern) and Fridays 10:30am Eastern.
There are 3-4 people who are not available for either time.
I will suggest that we hold 2 meetings per week that cover similar ground - and keep really good documentation.
We could do alternating weeks but that usually ends up being chaotic and not frequent enough.
