Please consider the attached outline, that Max generously produced.  The plan is to plug the previously contributed summaries into this outline, where they fit, adjust for orphaned summaries and write up a two page Executive Summary that describes what we have determined about deepfakes, including what issues/work remains to be discussed.  We will wrap all this up by Thanks Giving.
