Hi Ian I’m happy to help drive this as I am sure it is a necessary and worthwhile venture. Areas I think I could be of particular help are: - Membership models - Services I see the two as being somewhat linked – as I suspect members will pay based on the nature of the services they receive. If I can be so bold, could we possibly make the first item ‘revenue models’ rather than just membership? I suspect there are various ways of getting paid, dependent on the services we would look for the organisation to provide. My hope is that you pick one of these areas and help move the organization forward. We are also looking for people willing to lead these project teams. Also, let's all be realistic about our time. We are all very busy and we are heading into a time of the year where we should be spending more time with our families and loved ones. So with that said, be realistic about how much time you have to devote to ID Pro. I know that all of these project areas are interesting and we all want to hear the results of the work in each area, but it is not realistic to think each of us can participate in each area. I'd rather hear that you can spend a few meaningful hours working on a single project over hearing that you spread the same amount of time across multiple groups. Lastly, if you think there are areas that we absolutely must tackle in the next six weeks, please bring them forward.
