For those of you who couldn't make last week's DG call, I have uploaded the

Key take-aways:
- IDPro briefed the Kantara Board on our progress and our desire to begin the separation process.
- IDPro has begun the process of incorporating! We hope to have this work complete by the middle of June. This will enable IDPro to open a bank account and begin to accept memberships.
- IDPro is forming organizational alliances with two awesome organizations: Women in Identity and Women in Security and Privacy
- We have been distributing Letter of Intent to potential corporate members. These letters spell out IDPro's goals, member benefits, and services, membership levels, and associated membership fees. In the last week, we had two organizations say they'd sign the Letter.
- If you think your organization would be interested in becoming a Founding Member, please let me know and I can get you a copy of the LOI.
