1. Week of October 26
* Welcome any new participants
* Level setting on the current state of play for mDL and architecture
2. Week of November 2
* Welcome any new participants
* Vision statement discussion (What is the "good") - expanding on the charter to herd these cats in the same direction.
3. Week of November 9
* Welcome any new participants
* Leadership elections (Chair, Vice-Chair, Recording Secretary typically)
* Outline Review:
* Are drafting subgroups to be considered. If so call for volunteers
