All, Attached are the current nominations received to date for the ID Pro Discussion Group. I saw in the notes from today's meeting that we don't want/need to market this to heavily now - as we have nominees for both positions. I can send out a final note tomorrow and indicate last call and also note that if you sent a nomination and did not receive a confirmation email to resend. The general agenda: - Reminder of call for nominations deadline for Vice-Chair and Secretary elections - Discussion of responses to survey questions 1-4 (Principles, Vision, Mission, Interest areas) Note that the discussion of the survey responses is anticipated to take 2-3 meetings. The meeting will be conducted via GoToMeeting, the details are below and attached is an entry for your calendar. For those that cannot join, the meeting will be recorded and posted in the Kantara ID Pro wiki for a period of seven days prior to being deleted. ID Pro Sub-Committee Meeting on Monday

Hi Folks, A reminder we do have a meeting on Monday at 1pm Eastern. Note that I have changed the meeting logistics for the sub-committee meetings to GoToMeeting for consistency and if you want to start testing the video etc. Thus far only one nomination has been received. I just issued a reminder to folks and will do so a couple more times next week. The election schedule is as follows: * Oct 12: Nominations Open * Oct 19: Nominations Close at 5:00pm Eastern * Oct 26: Nominees confirmed and statements provided (not required) * No later than Oct 31: Voting open for a period of one week On Monday's call let's prep for the next two meetings and determine how you want to take roll call going forward. Please note that I am traveling this coming week from Mon-Thurs am. I'll be available on email but am not able to join either call. My colleague Megan Cannon is going to help out and join both calls. Megan is a Program Manager at Virtual and can relay notes to me from the meeting on Monday and help with the GoToMeeting on both days. Regards, Shannon
