Hi Folks,
A reminder we do have a meeting on Monday at 1pm Eastern. Note that I have changed the meeting logistics for the sub-committee meetings to GoToMeeting for consistency and if you want to start testing the video etc.
Thus far only one nomination has been received. I just issued a reminder to folks and will do so a couple more times next week. The election schedule is as follows:
* Oct 12: Nominations Open
* Oct 19: Nominations Close at 5:00pm Eastern
* Oct 26: Nominees confirmed and statements provided (not required)
* No later than Oct 31: Voting open for a period of one week
On Monday's call let's prep for the next two meetings and determine how you want to take roll call going forward.
Please note that I am traveling this coming week from Mon-Thurs am. I'll be available on email but am not able to join either call. My colleague Megan Cannon is going to help out and join both calls. Megan is a Program Manager at Virtual and can relay notes to me from the meeting on Monday and help with the GoToMeeting on both days.
