To vary the call time, I think we will need to ask folks, by email, if there are times in X timezone we absolutely avoid, so that when we go out on the Doodle poll we have 'pre-qualified out' some options that are largely unworkable. We discussed call frequency and time on the call today. Consensus seemed to be that a weekly call is too frequent for this group given that individual working groups will also be meeting on a regular basis.

Unless folks on the list object, we're looking at moving to every two weeks and varying the call day/time so folks who haven't been able to make the 9am Wednesday calls have a chance to weigh in.
