One thing we do need to confirm in the next week or so, is the invoicing.

From the Agreement:

"Costs repayment schedule and terms: Kantara will invoice IDPro monthly on the 1^st day of the month, per the schedule set forth below, commencing 30 days from the date first set forth above in the Agreement. No payment shall be made by IDPro without receipt of an invoice from Kantara.  Payments are due within 30 days from the invoice date. "

The 1st day of the month after the October 19th Board meeting, commencing 30 days from... is Friday December 1st, which is the date we will raise the first invoice for $10K.

Are we all clear there? 

Is a W9 form needed?

Who is it sent to?  At what address?

Of course I could hazard a guess at these questions ;-) but for the avoidance of doubt it would be good for you to confirm them to us April..

Kantara has promoted ID Pro in its newsletter that went out at the end of October to all Kantara members and non member participants, pointing folks to join ID Pro.

Kantara has archived the ID Pro DG.

You have provided me with the member benefits for Champion level, which includes amongst other branding things, allocation for up to 25 members.

I propose to approach the Board Directors and LC Chairs in the first instance for expressions of interest on those, and after that we will solicit interest from other hard working volunteers.

That is all I have to report at this moment.  Comments/queries?
