Thanks Ian

Yeaup, know it from when I joined Kantara to the IAPP..
Actually beyond the front page, the actual UX for joining wasn't that flash, because the flow is interrupted while you are taken through an account creation process, and then returned to joining.

Oh and BTW on Tuesday, Oliver was giving Staff a preview of a revised membership join and payment flow for individuals and small business using Paypal.  A bit more work to do but it is shaping up OK, and not too long before we can share it for comment.  I don't really want to spend money on developing 2 flows, one for ID Pro in the interim and one for Kantara, so I hope we can find a compromise which works during the time that it needs to.

Cheers

Check out https://iapp.org/join (I have attached a pdf of the page too) It is a very clear, very simple way to express what they do and IDPro can/should something similar. I can foresee a similar page on WordPress with a big old call to action at the end which is a link to PayPal for individuals and an email for corporate and vendors members.
