[Idprosc] Preparing a list of targets to seek founding sponsorships from

Folks Hearing Ian mentioning last Monday that Ping is interested, and then yesterday on the Membership/Activities thread say he had another one interested, I thought I would share a list that I have been making over the last couple of weeks, to see what you thought .. Are there some on there that are not near term starters? Are there some near terms starters missing? (I'm sure there are).
