'It depends'.
The Kantara Board accepted and approved ID Pro's redline of proposed changes on Thursday, and as of Friday, Ian was going to sign it, if not, then today.
If he has done that and we are in receipt of a copy of the fully executed doc, then we could meet briefly to discuss some logistics like closing the DG.
If he hasn't done that then I think we postpone.
