Yes, we have an email process to announce elections.

We typically do email elections too, but considering alternatives (SurveyMonkey) given the size of this group, as we do with all-member ballots.

Call numbers: I believe we are looking at alternatives, but no details yet.

How will elections work for the DG? My thought is announce the vice-chair and secretary roles on the 1st meeting and hold the election on the second meeting. But how do elections work? Do you have some election service you use?

Also, what if we have more than 100 people try and join the 1st call of the DG?
