On my look through it, I thought Legal did a pretty good reflection of the outline that you and I created on the Google doc.
I am overdue to do the same - get it to the Kantara Board.
The Board meeting is on Sept 21st this month, and the papers will be sent out at the end of next week (this one included).
But since I will be on a weeks vacation (yes, real vacation this time!) the week of the Board call, there's a case to get this out now so as to get back any comments before the end of this coming week, after which I 'go dark'.
