I think there is some misunderstanding between the meeting schedule of the ID Pro SC and meeting schedule of the DG. The ID Pro SC meeting (this list) was meeting on the 16th, now the 19th when Shannon's back from vacation, amongst other things.

There was some discussion much earlier about having the DG 'this early' with the survey submission period barely half time and with no analysis, but concluded it would be better to run it later when it's closed and we have the results done. The first DG meeting is scheduled for Oct 13th currently. That decision has been borne out by the response rate on the survey..around 70 so far.
