It very much does - thank you

Thanks for letting us know, Ian.

I have a sense of Greg's intention, which was to set down some ground rules about who is talking to whom on what.

Virtual wants to have a 'single' interface into the SC and the ID Pro 'program' to avoid a situation of taking instructions from different people, or engaging with a subset of people on different matters.

Megan will continue to be Virtual's rep to the ID Pro SC at the operational level. Greg will be Virtual's rep to the ID Pro SC at the strategic level, services offerings etc.

Their interface for both operations and strategy will be ultimately me since I am representing Kantara's Board at the SC level.

So if someone asks them to spend money or time on ID Pro outside the direct $3.5K/month and the indirect costs for IT, other ops support etc that I have approved and prioritized inside the current Services Agreement with Kantara, I must approve it.
If someone asks them for strategic advice on ID Pro or matters relating to a partially or fully separated org in future, that interface will be Greg, and I will be either in those meetings or fully appraised of them, because they are being undertaken within Kantara's ID Pro 'program' on Kantara's Services Agreement and on its dime.

I think the original plan was to talk this through, but a short memo is is the new plan.

Does that help?

Cheers
Colin

Unfortunately I will be on a plane

Did we ever get to the bottom of what Greg at virtual wanted to talk about?
