Just got clear of another loooong day in Paris and the OECD.
Apologies for not getting an indication out before I left for the meetings this morning.

The Board broadly approved the Recommendations in the ID Pro SC's Paper, with a motion agreeing to the establishment of a separate entity (i.e. self incorporation) subject to an Agreement to cover the details.  I don't have the actual wording of the Motion immediately to hand, but in the interests of giving an early general indication, this it it.

Virtual is aware, but understandably is awaiting a signal from me, which by way of this email, they have now.
