Please share incoming comments from attendees as you are able - you choose how anonymous the comments need to be - I'd like to have some kind of log so we get some early warning as a team.

Also: as we discussed on the post-mortem ad hoc call : Shannon is tracking down all the late registrants organized (someone signed the _pledge_ AFTER today's call started & was wondering where the dial in info was :)
