Just one further point about the Logo.

Given that ID Pro is not yet a legal entity, I think it ought to be co-branded with Kantara, which is.
So I think the overall 'look' should show the ID Pro logo and smaller/below something like ' incubated by (Kantara logo).

I have added some thoughts to the sponsorship packages.

With regard to the logo development, Virtual would be happy to supply a few drafts of logos to choose from (not a full blown logo development process with iterations and feedback). Depending on the anticipated agreement between Virtual and ID Pro, this will either be absorbed into that agreement, or we can bill ID Pro hourly. Please let me know if you’d like us to proceed.

 

I will also create a mini-project plan for us to track progress on these items. I’ll share it early next week.

To this list I would like to add..

 

1) drafting a proposal to the Kantara Board regarding the phases of the relationship forward, the process and phasing of the separation etc. The main Board resolved to ask for this at last week's Board meeting at RSA.

 

2) Further refinement of the founding sponsorship packs, so that we round them out into something we can ship and shop around various prospects.  It may form part of the 'sales glossy' or it may not.

 

Regarding other targets we brainstormed a list before RSA but you might consider KPMG, Gigya, (Experian and CA have expressed some interest to me already, so that indicates a play to Equifax, LexisNexus, IBM, Google etc.

As you saw, Mike @ Deloitte is working on this for their June budgeting cycle. I have a note into Alex @ MSFT for their April cycle. I had a chat with SailPoint leadership on this as well. When I get back on-grid I can reach out to PwC and Accenture, and possibly Oracle. Who else of the biggies should we ping?

 

As I mentioned on the call today, I go off-grid on Friday and won't reappear until March 9.
