Looks good to me. You might want to include - in the content - some mention of what is *out* of scope for the SC and the DG… just so no-one is left with any false impressions about their remit and/or “entitlements to be heard/to vote”, etc. I’m assuming that everyone who has signed up and who dials in will be acting in good faith, but it does no harm to plan for those who might not. R
