The cfc for 27091 was due on Jan 31st. We got

• contributions from 5 countries (FR, IT, KR, EE, NL) and from 8 experts

I have prepared a draft DoC which is attached;.

I suggest to present the comments in the upcoming Ahd49 meetings (updated slightly the agenda to spend more time)
