Dear Kantara Initiative Members:

Thank you to those of you who notified us of a problem with the links in Friday, July 25th’s All Member eBallot email.  We are deeply sorry for this unexpected inconvenience.  IT is currently working on the issue, but in an attempt to make sure everyone can vote on the publication discussed below, we wanted to follow up quickly.  

We have established a private Mailman list for current members of Kantara Initiative with the specific purpose of sending out Member Notices and All-Member eBallots.  This is to preserve member/contact privacy and enable us to send out important messages quickly, easily, and safely.  Please reach out directly to Kay (kay@kantarainitiative.org) or me (amanda@kantarainitiative.org) with any questions or concerns, and please do NOT “reply-all” to any messages.

Motion:  This is an All Member Ballot to approve the release of the following Kantara Initiative Candidate Recommendation as a Kantara Initiative Recommendation.

Voting Rules: A Supermajority (75% affirmative) of those voting in this All-Member Ballot, with at least 15% of all Members voting, is required to approve the document.

Eligible voters:  This All-Member Ballot is open to all current Members of Kantara Initiative, Inc. 

- Each member organization may cast only one vote.
