Hey Alec - it might be helpful to ask a few people who are not familiar with Kantara to attempt some simple user journey tasks related to Groups... 10 minutes out of a lunch break might illuminate some interesting stuff... I'm thinking stuff like - "I'd like to know what a particular group does" - "I'd like to passively participate in a group" - "What is entailed in active participation in a group?"

Since many of the policies/docs that were published around 2016 have my fingerprints on them, I'm not very useful in finding bugs/quirks :-)
