Hey Alec - it might be helpful to ask a few people who are not familiar with Kantara to attempt some simple user journey tasks related to Groups... 10 minutes out of a lunch break might illuminate some interesting stuff... I'm thinking stuff like - "I'd like to know what a particular group does" - "I'd like to passively participate in a group" - "What is entailed in active participation in a group?" As I trawl around the current site, I am finding documents and pages that we can make more prominent on the new site now that we have a more user-friendly design. If I spot other things, I'll certainly flag them up. You can then all test the site based on tasks you think visitors might want to do and we'll pick up anything that is still missing.
