Thanks for the speedy response - v helpful. As I trawl around the current site, I am finding documents and pages that we can make more prominent on the new site now that we have a more user-friendly design. If I spot other things, I'll certainly flag them up. You can then all test the site based on tasks you think visitors might want to do and we'll pick up anything that is still missing.
