I hope everyone is doing well as we move towards the end of 2025! This email contains information for the remaining 2 months of the year. Please reach out with any questions!

1. Important Dates:

a. Final LC call of 2025 - November 18, 2025, 10-11:30 AM ET

i. Draft Agenda (please submit any items for discussion)

b. AGM 2025 - December 9, 10-11:30 AM ET

i. Registration: Please complete the registration form to confirm your attendance. You will then be added to the calendar event with Zoom details.
ii. Draft Agenda attached
iii. Note - This is meant to take the place of the LC call in December (scheduled for the following week). That call will be removed from the calendar.

2. Deadline: November 26th - Update your WG slides (template attached: WG Reports - 2025 AGM Template Deck - NEW STYLE) and email your draft directly to me. I'll add everything to the master 2025 AGM deck. For reference, I'm linking the 2024 AGM deck (do NOT update your slides in the 2024 AGM deck).

3. 2026 Reminders:

a. Review (update as needed) and approve your charters.

b. Hold officer elections

c. Article 4 in the Operating Procedures will help!
