Hello again

As part of the website upgrade, we want to make it very easy for people to find the relevant information they need to participate. I have found this page which seems a useful addition to the Work Groups and GPA form https://kantara.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GI/pages/1089165/Joining+Groups+and+Discussion+Lists+Policy

However, I note that it hasn't been updated since 2016 and there are a couple of things I feel may no longer be in policy.

@Alec Laws or @Kay Chopard Please could you advise if I am OK to use this page and, if so, any changes that should be made.
