Hi everyone,
I hope you had a good holiday if you celebrated Thanksgiving. You should
have received a notice canceling the old meeting series for the DEIA group.
There is no meeting today.
However, the Leadership Council approved the formation of this as a formal
workgroup. That means a charter was approved, but there will need to be a
new election of officers - chair, vice chair, and secretary.
Rather than trying to do the elections and meet during the holiday season,
we will regroup after the first of the year.
I would appreciate your input and interest in a leadership role in this new
workgroup. Also, if you have recommendations for others to hold a
leadership role, please let me know that as well. This is an opportunity to
refresh and start a new year with new work, new goals, and new
opportunities.
Please let me know if you have questions or if you'd like to discuss the
requirements of a leadership role. Thank you for your continued support.
