Fellow SC-DEIA members, We are excited to announce that the working group charter has been approved and accepted by the leadership council. This is a great step forward for the work we seek to accomplish.

For this new group, there will be a few infrastructure changes we will be making in the coming days:

* We will be creating a new mailing list, but will maintain the archives of the original sub-committee.

* We will be renaming (and hopefully not moving) the Confluence space we used as the sub-committee.

* While we have not yet set a date for the inaugural meeting, we expect it will be sometime next week, provided no conflicts arise.

Congratulations to all. This is an awesome milestone, and we look forward to the work ahead.
