Dear ANCR,

 

After having a break from the TPR report, and mulling it over. I think i have figured out how to disentangled the elements we have. I recommend, that we specify the report without the schema, and put the schema in the appendix, (take the rating from the appendix and put in the main document.  

 

Then I recommend  we spin the schema up into a separate document (lightweight) as a digital identity controller record schema.  In the context of  a secure notice information record structure, for both security of industrial uses, non-personal information, as well as personal information.  Then do a really nice security and privacy considerations section. 

 

  we practically have two documents we can quickly finish and produce to a stable draft, and lots to blog about.
