Everything is prepped for the Public Comment/IPR Period--which will start tomorrow at 1PM!  Since 45 days out from today was a Sunday, I didn't send it out today.

 

The Public Comment Period will run from March 21 to May 5.  Here's an advance copy of the document for your review.  Thanks again for your hard work and continued patience!
