HI ANCR, We have started working via an ANCR WG github, and essentially we are proposing that a member of the WG automatically becomes a member invite in Git, where there would be 3 or possible 4 ANCR Groups. Which I would strawman as - 1. ANCR Leadership 2. ANCR Voting 3. ANCR Members, with the 4th group being the = Outside Contributors, which Kantara has now in the form of an open policy, but, those who have not signed the GPA and joing the group are not allowed to contribute (If I am correct). So to translate this to Github, - would those participants have only Read and maybe Comment access? And if so, is this for all the work put on GitHub? Etc. Best Regards, Mark, PS- p2 of the proposal - If this approach is liked and actioned, we could then also action that this text for defining ANCR operating policy can be crafted on the Wiki- in the Github Repo, as a staging ground for policy, before it’s formalised, and posted publicly on the wiki @ Kantara,
