Hi, For the ANCR WG Consensus Policy, I would like to document the process for onboarding a new member. In the CISWG, when someone signed up an email was sent to the WG Leaders and the Confluence admin team, where the email was used to create the confluence account. I would like document and then update this policy by requiring a 2FN, (Two Factor) Notice to be provided to new / and old members, with the ANCR WG Operations/Consensus Policy providing all the information needed for people to understand the governance environment of the WG when / before joining. In the past I have studied the Kantara On-boarding ceremony, and it looks like it hasn’t changed, @Amanda, is there a particular policy or process that is currently followed when new members sign-up, and do you know who provides access to wiki ? Best, Mark

So this question is
Do all voting and non-voting members has Atlassian accounts and can edit the wiki?
Then what email are they using for each?
It gets tricky if these are different.
I think that is all that is involved?
One of the ways to check that is if the @symbol works for them on the wiki, I noticed it does not for a number of the non-voting members.

Hi Everyone,
Is there anyone who does not have credentials for the ANCR Wiki? A couple of people have reached out already asking how to get their wiki credential and access it. @Sal do you know if there are any instructions / documentation/ established process info anywhere for this?
Kind Regards,
Mark
PS - In particular TimL and Marcelle, are awaiting access
