Paul has submitted a concrete list of what data is considered ultra-sensitive and Blinding Identity Taxonomy is a practice to mitigate clear text use of identifiers in this attached draft supplement.

FYI The supplement is currently in the review phase with the Kantara Leadership Council and will be openly discussed in their next meeting on Feb 20
