For the next 10 days, I am hosting an editors TPI Specification draft  for volunteers to review.  This email is an invitation to  go into this v0.7 Doc and comment  -in-document (no comment sheet necessary)  

Comments and resolutions are welcome, with the aim to see if we can have a draft to move forward in 2 weeks.
