The Github consensus protocol will mirror the ANCR WG’s, (what?) charter, workplan?
1. A Roadmap (for what the workgroup, a publication, does it matter), is agreed with consensus. the agreement is to produce a work product.
2. The roadmap task is issued to be defined and discussed (project task, roadmaps don't have tasks, they have milestones.
3. Then with consensus actioned - in the meeting on the Kantara Wiki and in the Meeting Minutes in Github, to enable decentralised participation (?, does this mean then work can be done outside a meeting?)
