I found this link from the TSA that focuses only on pre-check members.

I think that there may be a serious problem with authentication for both sides of a wallet transaction.
Why should any party trust the other in a wallet-verifier connex.

In Iowa and Utah the state mDL can only be used at the airport with PreCheck
